Latisha Clanton
Owner and president
Reads every bid before it goes out and takes the call when a plant manager wants the owner.
Who we are
Beargrass Floor Care cleans warehouse and plant floors in the Louisville area, at night and on weekends, for the people who answer when a floor goes wrong.
Latisha Clanton started the company to do one thing well: floor care for industrial buildings, with the paperwork a plant manager needs, ready when they ask. The crew is 18 people on two shifts, and the office is six.
We don't clean houses or offices on their own. Where a plant has a break room or an office hall, we do the tile on the same bid as the warehouse.
Floors only: scrubbing, sweeping, burnishing, degreasing
Nights and weekends, around your shifts
A bid after a site walk, never before

Work with us
We hire machine operators and crew leads for night and weekend shifts. Training on each machine is part of the job.
Say which shift you want and whether you have run a scrubber or burnisher before. Gisselle will write back.
Tell us where the building is and what's on the floor.
