Floor care
Degreasing and oil removal.
Machine areas, lube bays, battery rooms and the floor under a conveyor pick up oil that a regular scrub spreads. We lift it and recover the solution.
We use an emulsifying degreaser, a hot-water machine and a recovery vacuum. The site walk shows how bad the staining is, and the bid says how many dwell-and-scrub passes it takes.
In every shift
A degreaser matched to the oil, with the safety data sheet on site
Dwell time, agitation and a recovery pass, in that order
Solution recovered into the tank, not rinsed to a drain
Absorbent pads at the edge of the work
A spill kit on the cart for the whole shift
A photo of each area before and after for your file

A shift, in order
How a shift goes.
- 01
Step 1: Mark the area
We cone off the zone and confirm with your contact which machines are locked out and which are running.
- 02
Step 2: Apply and wait
The degreaser goes down and sits for the dwell time on its label. Heavy staining gets a second application.
- 03
Step 3: Agitate and recover
A machine works the solution loose and the recovery vacuum lifts it. Edges and corners get a hand brush.
- 04
Step 4: Check the floor
We test the floor with a clean pad, and the lead photographs the area and signs the sheet.
Before and beyond
What we ask of you, and what we leave alone.
Before we arrive

Show us where used solution can be taken on your site
Point us to your spill contact before the shift starts
What we don't do
Clean up a hazardous-material spill
Work under or inside a running machine
Pour used solution into a floor drain or storm drain
Questions about this job.
Do you handle spills?
We clean oil and coolant stains on the floor. A hazardous-material spill gets marked off and handed to your spill contact or a licensed responder.
What product do you use?
An emulsifying degreaser chosen for the oil on your floor. We send you the safety data sheet with the bid and keep it on the cart.
Where does the used solution go?
We recover it into the machine's tank. We ask where your site discharges it. We don't send it to a drain without your approval.
Will the stain come all the way out?
Not always. Oil that has soaked into bare concrete can leave a mark after it's lifted. We say so at the walk if we think that's likely.
Ask for a site walk.
