The terms we put in the contract.
These are the defaults. Your contract spells out the details for your site.
Keys, badges and codes
Each one is signed for, kept by the night supervisor and returned when the contract ends. Codes are never written on the cart or shared outside the crew list.
Exit terms
Either of us can end the service with written notice. The contract states the notice period, and there is no charge for leaving.
Inspections
The supervisor walks each shift's floor with your contact and signs the sheet. Awa or Pascal does a full walk at a time you set, and the notes go in writing to you.
If something is damaged
Tell your contact the same shift. We write it up, send the report, and our insurer handles the claim. The certificate is in the packet.
If we can't get in
The supervisor calls your contact. We'll reschedule the shift, and the contract says what happens to the missed one.
Products and data sheets
A data sheet for every product on your site, kept on the cart and in the packet. We don't bring a product we haven't sent you a sheet for.
