Floor care
Five jobs, one crew, one bid.
Most buildings need two or three of these. We bid them together after the site walk, and you keep only the ones you need.
Scrubbing and sweeping
Dry pickup, then a ride-on or walk-behind scrub. The base job for most floors.

What we don't do
Jobs we send to someone else.
Say so in the site-walk request and we will tell you who we would call.
Hazardous-material spills
We mark off the area and hand it to your spill contact or a licensed responder.
Grinding, polishing and coating a new floor
We maintain a floor. We don't install the surface.
Confined spaces and pits
Tanks, sumps and pits need a permit and a rescue plan we don't carry.
Work inside machine guarding
Your maintenance team locks out and opens the machine. We clean the floor around it.
Racking, high dusting and roofs
Anything above reach from the floor goes to a lift or rope crew.
Mold and pest work
Both need their own license. We clean afterward when you ask.
Tell us which floor.
A site walk shows which of these your building needs, and the bid lists only those.
