This page explains what Beargrass Floor Care collects when you use this site, and what we do with it. Replace it with the policy your business follows before you publish.

What we collect

When you send a site-walk request, we receive what you type: your name, phone, email, role, the building's address and what you tell us about its floor and schedule. We also receive standard technical details a website server records, such as the page visited and the time.

How we use it

We use it to reply to your request, plan a site walk and write a bid. We don't sell it. We share it only with the people who work on your request, and with a service that helps us run the site or send email.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as it takes to answer it and to keep our records for a bid. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you. Write to the office at the address on the contact page and say what you'd like us to do.
