Floor care
Scrubbing and sweeping, on your schedule.
The base job for a warehouse or plant floor: dust and debris up first, then a scrub that leaves the aisle dry for the next shift.
We clean in lanes, from the dock back toward the walls, so one lane is wet while the next stays in use. The bid says how often and how many passes.
In every shift
Ride-on sweeper or dry pickup before any water goes down
A ride-on or walk-behind scrub for the open floor and aisles
Walk-behind passes at the dock edges and between racks
Hand work at the guards and column bases
Wet floors signed and coned until they dry
A signed inspection sheet at the end of the shift

A shift, in order
How a shift goes.
- 01
Step 1: Check in with your contact
The night supervisor signs in, confirms the lanes and the no-go areas, and checks the badge list.
- 02
Step 2: Sweep first
Shrink wrap, strapping and grit come up dry, so the scrubber isn't picking up what a sweeper should.
- 03
Step 3: Scrub by lane
One lane at a time, with a spotter where forklifts cross. Open floors go to the ride-on, tight aisles to the walk-behind.
- 04
Step 4: Dry and sign
Floors are checked dry before a lane reopens. The supervisor walks the floor with your contact and signs the sheet.

Questions about this job.
How often should a warehouse floor be scrubbed?
It depends on traffic, soil and what you store. The site walk tells us whether nightly, weekly or a rotation fits, and the bid says how many passes.
Can you scrub while forklifts are running?
Only where you agree to it. We work one lane at a time with a spotter, and we stay off the lanes you mark as no-go.
What happens to the wastewater?
The machines recover it into a tank. We ask where your site discharges it and follow that. We don't send it to a storm drain.
Do you scrub racking aisles?
Yes, as long as the pallets are staged and the aisle is clear. Narrow aisles take the walk-behind machine.
